Our concept
Cinquantaduecento Capri
Cinquantaduecento was born from the meeting of two extraordinary regions: Campania, the cradle of Mediterranean flavor, and Tuscany, a land that has deeply influenced the chef’s professional journey, particularly in the world of meat.
The name of the restaurant itself pays homage to this “second home”: Cinquantaduecento is the postal code of the city of Arezzo, a symbol of a genuine and personal connection.
Our cuisine offers traditional land-based dishes with a predominantly Tuscan identity, where the quality of meats and ingredients takes center stage. From prized Chianina beef from Arezzo and Siena to finely selected carpaccios and charcuterie boards, each dish celebrates Tuscan tradition with taste and respect for the product.
Alongside this strong land-based tradition, you’ll also find carefully selected seafood, bringing a well-rounded culinary experience inspired by the scents and flavors of the Campanian coast. Our seafood recipes reflect all the freshness of the Mediterranean, blending seamlessly with the elegance of Tuscan cuisine.
Our menu is a journey through tradition and passion, designed to satisfy every palate: from meat lovers to those seeking the authenticity of handmade fresh pasta, and those who appreciate the taste of the sea.
Completing the experience is a curated wine selection that enhances every dish, and a careful attention to detail that turns each visit into a moment of conviviality and discovery.
